This past week I have been testing out this new little cargo extension by XTRACYCLE on one of my old steel frame track bikes, and let me just tell you how cool this has been. With this extension by XTRACYCLE I am able to carry 2-3 peaople and or 6+ brown grocery bags filled with even room for two 24 packs of beer !!! I have been running a 46/17 ratio on this and am still able to load this up with up to about 300+ pounds and still take any hill ….. in Long Beach ! hahahhaha !(we maybe have a few hills here in the LBC so no big deal) This is about as green friendly as you are going to get if your looking for a new way to transport people or lots of cargo around town. It is super easy to assemble and only took me about 20 minutes to do so. just be sure to have at least two chains because you will definitely need it. I am only in need of a sturdy front basket and I am god to go for the summer at the beach.
