Penny farthing bikes were invented back in the late 1800′s and got its name from the British. These high wheel bikes are incredibly funny to see on the velodrome track and this photo is definitely proof of that. I guess this has to be the most awkward fixed gear bike to see on the track. If I could take a guess I would say they are rocking about a 7000C in the front with a 26″ in the back hahahhaa !
