So if you missed out on yesterdays garage sale at the Fixie Factory in downtown Long Beach, Ca. then you missed out on some great deals and some good times. I stopped by the sale while I was downtown yesterday afternoon and saw bikes piled high on the front porch of the Fixie Factory with kids all over swapping parts and installing new parts and accessories on their bikes. I myself swooped up a new UNKNOWN BIKE CO. hat and some WOLF DRAWN stickers and patches. I hope they have more sales like this because it is great for the community and gives kids a chance to buy parts they could normally not afford when at regular price.

This picture the Congo posted up on his instagram today is just to epic not to repost. You all love this guy for his fixed freestyle riding and his hilarious personality. Well this guy just hit the world with something special r tonight. Dressed up like a “bike weenie” Congo has got his LDG kit on and his Kamikazi helmet to match all laced up to his Nike’s …. This guy is ready to take on anyone who steps in his way (besides “Willo”) on his 26 inch fixe freestyle set up. I know I can not wait to see him race. For those of you that do not know about Congo I can tell you that he has a reputation for speed and I would not doubt seeing him take out opponents tonight. I know at the Red Bull ride + style he did awesome on his freestyle bike against all those in track bikes. I think if it wasn’t for his crash he would have been in contention. Anyways I’m so stoked to see this picture and more excited to be out there tonight and witness this EVENT.

So while I was up in San Francisco for the 4th. Annual SF Bike Expo I got a chance to meet one of the creators of HOLD FAST and while I was just about to PURCHASE a set of the HOLD FAST “Congorilla” Straps when CONGO actually walked up as I was there and I freaked out and got so lucky to get his autograph on the “Comgorilla” Straps I just purchased.
